Psychic or Coincidence?

Hey guys! My mom and nana always said I have special abilities. They believed if I honed my skills in the supernatural, I could become the next Theresa Caputo, (Psychic Medium) since they (and me eventually) are into the paranormal. As you may have read, (I believe in ghosts' part 1 and 2) I saw ghosts as a young child. Throughout my life I have stopped seeing spirits, but something has always remained, my ability to sense things before they happen. Here's some stories and then you can decide. Enjoy!
My first story happened when I was a wee tot. I was sitting in my grandparent's living room on my grandfather's lap. Then suddenly, I covered my ears, ducked like something had flown at me, and shouted, "What was that noise?" My grandparents were confused. There was no thunder, no fireworks, and no loud banging that they heard. To their shock, a few minutes later, there was a loud boom like a transformer blowing. They couldn't believe I had heard it first.
Next came my grandparents' routine trip to Texas for Thanksgiving. They would visit my Aunt Juanita and Uncle Lem every year around this time. This was a trip I was familiar with and never begged them to stay home. One year though, everything changed. I was around 4 or 5 when this routine trip came around. On the day they were supposed to leave, I pleaded with them not to go. I was hysterically crying and saying, "If you go, I'll never see you again." My nana trusted my sense enough to not leave. Unfortunately, this story remains open ended as we never found out if there was an accident or something else.
My next stories are more of a compilation of a couple experiences that happened in my teen years and even now. One that sticks out in my mind is Hotwire.com. My mom was in the living room, TV on but muted, and I had my back to the TV letting my childhood dog (Rusty) out into the backyard. I was watching Rusty run up the hill and take his place as "guard of the empty backyard," when I sang (in the commercials theme) "H-O-T-W-I-R-E, Hotwire.com." (You're welcome if that gets stuck in your head.) My mom had been singing this in her head, same cadence, same timing, everything. She was stunned!
My final story is a more recent one. I have always been able to guess my boyfriend's surprises throughout our relationship. Valentine's, anniversary, and so on. To the point where he stopped giving me clues about them. Granted, he's gotten me once before with THE BEST SURPRISE EVER. Any who, I was having a bad week, and he wanted to surprise me with a trip to Disney (my mom, him, and I) for that weekend. He had been conspiring (LOL) with my mom to make this happen. As he was texting her about the plans, I said, "I was thinking we should go to Disney this weekend." He just looked at me and gave me a "Seriously?" type smile. He told me about the surprise and chuckled that he could never surprise me. True then, not now.
So, what do you think, psychic or coincidence? My people are somewhat divided. I hope you all have a safe and HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Until next time. Bye!
